Paul Tomlinson

As AHVP's corporate psychologist and human resources professional, Paul Tomlinson provides consulting to AHVP's managing directors and investment companies. He is also the owner of the Career Life Institute, where he delivers outplacement, executive coaching and organizational design services.

Paul was previously a senior consultant with Right Associates, where he conducted outplacement, management coaching and team building programs. He also was an administrative and planning manager for CRISTA Ministries, a $15 million non-profit organization, where he managed CRISTA's finances, fund raising, facilities, human resources and planning.

Paul has been a consultant and counselor to companies including Seafirst Bank, Nextel, Seattle Pacific University, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Washington Mutual Bank, KIRO, Virginia Mason, US Bank, ARCO, Weyerhaeuser, British Petroleum and Keycorp.

Paul has a B.A. from Washington State University and an M.S. in Psychology from Antioch University.
